What happens if an outfit is received damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, we'll do everything we can to sort it out. Please be sure to check your order immediately upon receiving it. The sooner we know there's an issue, the sooner we can help.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the outfit?
Minor stains are covered under our damage protection. Significant damage may incur additional charges.
What happens if I return the outfit late?
Late returns are subject to a daily late fee as per our terms. Returning on time helps avoid extra charges.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed, but cancellation fees may apply depending on how close it is to the delivery date.
How do I ensure the outfit will fit me perfectly?
To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend starting by checking the detailed size chart provided for each outfit on our platform. If you're unsure about your size or need personalized guidance, our team of expert stylists is available to assist you. You can share your measurements, and they'll recommend the best size or style that suits your body type.
What should I do if the outfit doesn’t fit?
To ensure the perfect fit, we attach a cut-off tag to each garment. We kindly ask you to try on the outfit with the tag still on. Only once you are confident that the size fits you perfectly should you remove the tag. If the size doesn't fit as expected, don't worry! Simply reach out to us, and we will process a refund and arrange for the outfit to be picked up at no additional cost.
Can I make alterations to the rented outfit?
Temporary, non-damaging adjustments (like pinning) are allowed. Permanent alterations are not allowed. However, you can consult with our stylist to determine if temporary alterations are possible.
How do I return the item?
Returning your rented item is simple! Once you're done with the outfit, please ensure it’s packed neatly in the garment bag provided. We’ll arrange a pickup at your convenience.
Are the outfits cleaned before being sent out?
Yes, every outfit is thoroughly cleaned, steamed, and prepared before it is sent to our customers to ensure it’s fresh and ready to wear.
