Returning Your Rentals

At trendlend, we aim to make your rental experience seamless and stress-free. Please review our return policy to ensure smooth handling of your rented items.

Return Guidelines:

  • Return Window:
    All rented items must be returned by the end of the rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • Condition of Items:
    Please return all items in the same condition you received them. Minor stains are accepted, but significant damage (e.g., wear & tear) may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • Hassle-Free Pickups:
    We offer complimentary doorstep pickup at the end of the rental period. You will receive pickup instructions via email/SMS to schedule your return. 
  • Packaging Requirement:
    Kindly pack the items in the provided garment bag. if any packaging materials are missing, please notify us in advance.
  • Free Dry Cleaning:
    No need to clean the garments before return – we take care of professional dry cleaning.
  • Late Returns & Extensions:
    If you need more time with your items, you can request an extension based on availability. Unapproved late returns will result in an additional fee of ₹500 per day.
  • Lost or Stolen Items:
    In case an item is lost or stolen, please inform us immediately. A replacement fee equivalent to the retail value of the garment may apply.
  • Refunds & Cancellations:

    Once the rental period starts, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. If an item is found unsuitable at delivery, please notify us within 24 hours for an exchange (subject to availability).
